Erdington Baths - Business Questionnaire

Business Survey

Our project team is currently exploring the transformation of the former Erdington Public Baths on Mason Road, Birmingham, into a new co-working, meeting and workspace facility for local people, businesses and organisations. It is anticipated that this new enterprise hub will serve creative businesses, including new start-ups, as well as providing a community space for the residents of Erdington and local organisations. Current plans have the facility opening in 2022, the same year that Birmingham hosts the Commonwealth Games.

We welcome your views in completing the following questionnaire, to help us understand how we can create a multi-purpose space to give local talent the support and resources they need to grow their enterprise or creative business.

Fresh Life Consulting, in association with Paul Jeffrey Associates and Chimera Consulting, has been commissioned by Witton Lodge Community Association to prepare a business plan for the above project, working alongside local design team Intervention Architecture.
