SOM Survey of GP connect members on fit notes

1.Are you a practising GP? 
2.I feel comfortable dealing with fit note requests for people in employment.
3.I feel comfortable dealing with fit note requests for people in the welfare system (generally)

5.I feel comfortable dealing with fit note requests for people contesting a decision/appealing welfare benefit decisions (after ESA 65B)

7.I would welcome an independent (not DWP) occupational medicine assessment of people requesting fit notes after being found fit for work by DWP
8.I would welcome the return of the RM7 (anonymous note that may be fit to work)
