Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week this year is Kindness and we would like you to reflect on an act of kindness, practice being kind to yourself and also share your ideas on how we could be a kinder society. Mind in Brighton and Hove would like you to share with us your experiences of kindness acts and gestures that you have received or given in the following survey. We know that kindness and mental health are deeply connected and that kindness is an antidote to isolation, creates a sense of belonging , reduces stress and gives a new perspective.
