What is a Complaints Panel?
Our Customer Complaint Panel helps to independently review complaints when a customer isn't happy with Stonewater's response. 

What difference can the panel make?
The Customer Complaint Panel offers a critical eye when customers don't feel their complaint has been adequately resolved. By reviewing the complaint and making suggestions for how Stonewater can help the customer - the panel not only improves services for the complainant but for Stonewater customers in general. 

What’s in for me?
You will be helping us to improve the services we provide by sharing your experience.  You will receive training which may help you improve your influencing and negotiating skills.  You will be part of a team of like-minded people, who like you want to make sure customers receive the best service possible.

How much time will I have to commit?
We anticipate reading information associated with a review could take 1 → 3 hours.  A virtual review meeting will take around 1 hour.  We will not ask you to take in any more than 10 reviews per year.

What are we looking for in a member?
You should have an enquiring nature, be able to make objective decisions based on the information provided, be willing to listen and be a good communicator who likes being part of a team. 

You should have some digital skills but support and training can be offered to help improve your skills if needed.

What ongoing Support will there be?
The Customer Engagement Team will:
- Ensure members are able to consider reviews independently. 
- Arrange meetings, provide support during reviews.
- Arrange appropriate training for panel members.
