I will be grateful if you are a Health Care Worker in UK to do this survey which should not take you more than 5 minutes. The results of the survey will be shared widely within the NHS, DHSC (Department of Health and Social Care) and with the Royal Colleges and will be published in appropriate journals. It will help to inform the policy makers about the current state of 'Risk Assessments' of Health Care Workers and also of the views of the NHS workforce and other Health Care Workers (including colleagues in training) regarding 'Racism' in health care.The results of this survey will help moving the debate regarding 'Racism' and 'Unconscious bias' in healthcare forward with much needed evidence.
