Norfolk and Waveney Mind is committed to supporting those in crisis and mental distress. In order to co-create the very best services and projects we want to hear your views around crisis response and care. This survey is for those of us who have experienced a crisis (as you define it) and the people who have supported us through it all.
I understand that by definition a crisis is very distressing so please look after yourself as you think about these questions and your own experiences. If you’d rather talk to someone than fill this out online please leave a message for me and I will ring you back.
