Here at children’s charity Action Medical Research, we're calling for you to take a break this summer and enjoy a delicious cream tea delivered to your door.

Our unique cream-teas-in-a-box campaign will see the perfect afternoon pick-me-up delivered directly to homes, workplaces and schools across the country on Friday 1 July 2016.

So we thought this was a good time to find out how you eat your cream tea, whether it's with coffee instead of tea, all alone or with friends in our short survey...
